If the PRO equipment you purchase does not perform to its specifications you may return for a full refund.*

- If you are unsatisfied with the performance of your PRO product, you make return it for full refund.
- The online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be completed and RMA Number issued before returning your item. Online RMA form: http://precisionratedoptics.com/rma-return-merchandise-authorization/.
- Please do not send back your equipment until we e-mail you with an RMA number.
- Not eligible on custom equipment or configurations.
- Return shipment must be dated within 14 days from original delivery of item.
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling.
- All items must be returned in their original condition. All accessories, batteries, cases and cables must be included in return. Product must be returned in its original package.
- Products in poor condition cannot be accepted for refund if damaged.
- The buyer is responsible for all insured shipping charges on returned equipment.
- Shipping disputes must be addressed by your shipping carrier, not subject to a refund.
- Limited to one “Test Drive” per customer.
